As a former mechanical engineering company our factory is well-equipped. Every step of manufacturing a cylinder can be done in-house. The knowledge of each production process is available. To remain flexibility we’ve also surrounded ourselves with a strong network of suppliers.

To manufacture a high quality cylinder we understand the complexity. Assembling a cylinder (or an accumulator or a swivel joint) is an accurate job. Dealing with heavy components and a tight tolerance demands craftsmanship. Our production employees are well-trained and extremely motivated to deliver a complicated product.

All the cylinders are tested to the design and test pressure. Together with the test the final inspection and measurements control of the cylinder takes place. All our clients are welcome to come over to our production facility to witness the test programme and final inspection themselves.

Alongside our standard range we supply custom-built cylinders. Each unit is produced by our own craftsmen. In our well-equipped production facility with efficient routing we guarantee high-quality products and ISO 9001 standard. We specialise in bores of up to 1000 mm, piston rods up to 700mm and cylinders with a longer stroke of up to 15,000 mm. Vremac Cylinders designs and manufactures cylinders, accumulator and swivels.
